DESIGN

Unico Design Group is a full service design studio for residential and commercial construction. Our design team transforms the needs of our Clients into concepts and then develops the concepts into images and plans of buildings that can be constructed. During the process code analysis, system and material evaluation and budgets are explored and established. As part of design development graphic and 3-D renderings are provided as models for finalizing and presenting the design.
