Unico Design Group provides Construction Management services for both our clients and other firms. Our Project Managers will coordinate and supervise the construction process from conceptual development through final construction, making sure the project gets accomplished on time and within budget.

 

The service is primary offered :

 

• When a project consist of historical or period restoration for reasons of unforeseen issues in the existing structure and accurate estimates specialty trades and materials.

 

• When the client is concerned about cost and is willing to assume the role and liability of G.C. .In turn the cost of the project can be reduced by an average of 30% .
